When submitting an enquiry, you must provide accurate information and must not submit:
- unlawful or infringing material;

Submitting an enquiry does not create a client, advisory, fiduciary, employment, partnership or other professional relationship with AppCodix.
We do not guarantee a response or a particular response time.
You are responsible for ensuring that your communications do not contain unnecessary confidential, medical, financial, identification or other sensitive information.
9. User Feedback
Where you voluntarily submit ideas, suggestions, comments or general feedback concerning the Website or our products, you grant APPCODIX LTD a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free and non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, adapt and incorporate that feedback for the development, operation and improvement of our business and products.
This provision does not transfer ownership of personal information or private user content submitted through a particular application. Such content remains subject to the applicable product-specific terms and privacy policy.
You should not submit ideas or materials that you expect us to treat as confidential unless we have agreed to confidentiality in writing.

Although we seek to maintain useful and accurate information, we do not warrant that Website content is complete, current, error-free, suitable for any particular purpose or available in every country.
Product descriptions, screenshots, features, availability, specifications, pricing references, launch dates and other information may change without notice.
You should verify material information through the applicable application, marketplace listing or product-specific documentation.

We may suspend, restrict or discontinue the Website or any part of it for maintenance, security, operational, commercial, legal or regulatory reasons.
14. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, APPCODIX LTD excludes all express, implied and statutory warranties relating to the Website, including implied warranties of satisfactory quality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement and uninterrupted availability.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited.
Subject to the preceding paragraph, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, APPCODIX LTD and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates and licensors shall not be liable for:
- any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive loss;
- loss of profits, revenue, business, contracts, opportunity, anticipated savings, goodwill or reputation;
- loss, corruption or unauthorised disclosure of data;
- losses arising from reliance on Website content;
- losses caused by third-party websites, platforms, marketplaces, service providers or telecommunications networks;
- losses resulting from interruption, suspension, restriction or discontinuation of the Website;
- losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
Where liability cannot be fully excluded, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Website shall not exceed the greater of:
- the amount paid by you directly to APPCODIX LTD specifically for use of the Website during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
- EUR 100.
The limitations in this section apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law. They do not restrict mandatory statutory rights available to consumers.
Liability relating to a particular paid application, subscription or digital product is governed by the applicable product-specific terms.
16. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless APPCODIX LTD and its directors, officers, employees and contractors from third-party claims, liabilities, losses and reasonable costs arising from:
- your unlawful use of the Website;
- your material breach of these Terms;
- content or information unlawfully submitted by you;
- your infringement of another person’s rights.
This section does not apply to the extent that a claim was caused by our own breach, negligence or unlawful conduct.
17. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict or terminate your access to the Website immediately and without prior notice where reasonably necessary to:
- prevent or investigate a violation of these Terms;
- protect the security or integrity of the Website;
- protect AppCodix, users or third parties from harm;
- comply with law, a court order or a request from a competent authority;
- manage technical or operational risks;
- discontinue the Website or a relevant feature.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply, including provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law and disputes.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may amend these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Website, our business, technology, legal requirements or regulatory guidance.
The latest version will be published on the Website with an updated “Last Updated” date.
Unless a different date is stated, amendments become effective when published. Your continued use of the Website after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent.
The version published on the Website at the relevant time is the controlling version.
19. Governing Law and Mandatory Consumer Rights
These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or relating to them are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory protections granted by the laws of the country in which you habitually reside where such protections apply notwithstanding a contractual choice of law.
20. Complaints and Informal Dispute Resolution
Before commencing formal legal proceedings, you agree, where legally permitted, to send us a written notice describing:
- your name and contact details;
- the nature and factual basis of the dispute;
- the remedy requested;
- any relevant supporting information.
The notice must be sent to support@appcodix.com.
The parties shall use reasonable good-faith efforts to resolve the dispute for at least 30 days after receipt of the notice.
This section does not prevent either party from:
- seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief;
- taking action before the expiry of a limitation period;
- reporting a matter to a regulator or competent authority;
- exercising a mandatory consumer right.
Where applicable, a consumer may also seek assistance through a competent consumer-protection body or an authorised alternative dispute-resolution entity.
21. Jurisdiction
Subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules, the courts of the Republic of Cyprus located in Nicosia shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website.
A consumer may additionally have a statutory right to bring or defend proceedings in the courts of the country in which the consumer is habitually resident. Nothing in these Terms restricts such a mandatory right.
22. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for delay, unavailability or failure caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil disturbance, governmental action, sanctions, labour disputes, internet or telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, infrastructure failures, hosting outages, marketplace actions or failures of third-party suppliers.
23. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, it shall be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
If that is not possible, the relevant provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
24. No Waiver
A failure or delay by us to exercise a right or remedy does not constitute a waiver of that or any other right or remedy.
A waiver is effective only if made expressly in writing.
25. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations in connection with a merger, restructuring, sale of assets, corporate reorganisation or transfer of the Website or relevant business, subject to applicable law.
26. Entire Agreement
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and APPCODIX LTD concerning your use of the Website.
They do not replace or amend product-specific terms applicable to an individual application or service.
27. Language
These Terms are prepared and published in English.
Any translation may be provided for convenience only. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the English version shall prevail in the event of inconsistency.
